No, first-time guests fill out a registration form when they arrive.
How often can I come to the food pantry?
Families receive food once a month. If you’re facing an urgent situation, we’ll do our best to connect you with additional resources.
What will I need to bring to receive food?
Please bring a form of identification with you to receive food assistance.Do you provide rental, utility, or other financial assistance?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any type of financial assistance, including rental or utility support.Can I donate food to the pantry?
Yes! We gladly accept non-perishable food items, as well as fresh produce, diapers, and hygiene products. Donations can be dropped off during our open hours or by appointment.
What kinds of food will I receive?
Depending on availability, we provide a variety of items including dry goods, meat, produce, dairy, breads, and sweets.
When is the food pantry open?
Our pantry is open on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Who can use the food pantry?
Our food pantry is open to anyone in need, regardless of zip code. We serve individuals and families in our local community.
Is The ROC a church?
No, The ROC is not a church, but several churches meet here and partner with us to serve the community. We operate more like a ministry hub or outreach center.
Who can receive services at The ROC?
Most of our services are open to the public, but some may require registration or appointments—especially during seasonal events like Back to School or holiday outreach. Please check the specific ministry page or contact us directly for details.
Can my youth group or organization volunteer as a group?
Yes! We love hosting groups. Whether it’s a youth group or family, we’ll help you find a way to serve together.
What ages can join the after-school program?
Our after-school program serves students in elementary through high school.
