The ROC is a community center in West Garland that is reaching the lost of our world with
the love of Jesus Christ to the glory of God.
Since 1991 Metro Family Ministries, a nonprofit 501 (c) (3), took over an abandoned fitness center in the heart of a community of apartment complexes. In the years that have followed, the ROC has been transformed through the efforts of several churches from different denominations who serve together in order to impact our city with the good news of Jesus. We want to continue to develop a network of ministry-based programs to evangelize and empower those in our multi-ethnic community.
Our hope is to integrate people of diverse social, economic, cultural, and racial backgrounds. The ROC ministries are designed to train, resource, and connect people to God and others. Click find out more about our ministries, calendar, and location.

1 John 3.16
This is how we know what love is:
Jesus Christ laid down his life for us.
And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.
