Food Pantry
1st Thursday 10:00am - 1:00pm & 3rd Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
This ministry is organized by faithful volunteers from Freeman Heights Baptist Church, First United Methodist Church- Garland, and Iglesia Bautista El Meguido. The Food Pantry provides supplemental groceries to Garland families in need.
Neighborhood Clothes Closet
3rd Saturday 9:00am - 11:00am The Neighborhood Church provides free clothing, shoes, jackets, and toiletries for men, women, and children. Our volunteers would love to pray with you and help you shop.
Metro Family Pregnancy Center
Tuesday & Wednesday 11:00am - 1:00pm
Expecting mothers can receive support, pregnancy tests, proof of pregnancy forms for HHS, and information resources.
SonShine Closet
Pregnancy Center clients are provided essential baby and maternity items and clothes up to size 5T. See Metro Family Pregnancy Center Hours.

Come to our free community dinner. We believe the world would be a better place if we took more time to break bread together.
Resourcing
After School [AT] The ROC
Monday - Friday 4:00pm - 6:00pm
Our free after-school program for children Pre-K through 12th grade. Homework help, Bible study, basketball, games and dinner are available each weekday during the school year.
Juvenile Community Service
Monday- Friday 4:00pm - 6:00pm
The ROC is a great place for students to complete their hours for court-ordered community service. We also provide mentoring opportunities in a Christ-centered environment as they give back to their community.
Adult Community Service
Monday- Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm
We have many ministries and many opportunities to give back to our community by volunteering with the ROC. We are also able to fulfill court-ordered community service hours for adults during the times listed above.
Computer Lab
Monday- Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm
The ROC has a computer lab on site and available for internet and basic use.
Basketball court and Gym 18+
Monday- Friday 10:00am - 3:00pm
The ROC has a basketball court and Gym for community use.
Training
Kung Fu For Christ
Sunday 2:00pm - 4:00pm
We offer Tai Chi and Martial Arts instructions for all ages skill levels. Come and check it out!
One Heart Way Karate
Tuesday 6:45pm - 8pm
This free class integrates the disciplines of Okinawan karate with a commitment to the teaching of Jesus Christ.
Sewing Room
Tuesday 9:00am - 12pm
Our sewing class is open to ladies of all age groups. It's a time to learn new skills, share ideas, and fellowship with one another.
